I am article permanent makeup (permanent cosmetic, eyebrows tattoos). My name is Duyen Herr but people called me Emily. I am honored to continue to do the work that I love. I used to be a tattoo artist and also used to teach tattoo spray when I was in Vietnam. I want to bring my skills to your service here. I thank the teachers and friends who helped me get a license to practice cosmetic tattooing in the US in general and Arkansas in particular.
